We listen, act, and transform
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing complex trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or just trying to keep up with daily life. Therapy should be a place where you feel seen, supported, and understood without having to explain why things feel hard.
As someone with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, I know how difficult it can be to find support that truly fits. I offer a space where you don’t have to mask, shrink, or “fix” yourself—where your experiences are validated, and where we work together to find strategies that actually work for you.
I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, children, caregivers, and couples. Therapy isn’t about forcing yourself to fit into a mold—it’s about creating a space where you can explore, heal, and find what works for you. My approach blends practical tools, somatic work, and trauma-informed care.
I am trained in Gottman Level 2 for couples, EMDR for trauma processing, and ADHD and autism specialty care. I am also in the process of somatic licensure.
I offer a sliding scale because therapy should be accessible to all. If life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to figure it out alone. There is space for all of you here—exactly as you are. I look forward in meeting you!
